I would maybe do 205 wide tires on the 14" x 6" NX2k wheels. I would not do a 70 aspect sidewall though.
Something like a 60 or 50 sidewall is probably more appropriate. Check the Miata tire size calculator to make sure which one would be best.

I want to lower it 2 inches or something maybe 3 but I would left it back up for winters, if I don't get a winter car by then .. I want to get a wider tire I just don't know how tall I can go! cuz I don't want it to rub and eventually I am going to buy new 15" rims with tires.. so i was looking into it and I think 205/45/14 would fit?? does that make sense??

205/45/14 will probably fit just fine. I would not go with that size though. I would do 205/50/14 to get closer to the same diameter as stock.
