Would V2 competition 13" wheels clear NX brakes?

I'm about to get some wheels for slick tires, V2 wheels are +20 offset would them clear NX brakes?

I saw a post from Chap selling his V2 and said it wouldn't fit NX brakes. I Could be wrong

rumor has it Rota RB's in 13x8 with a 0 offset will clear NX Brakes.

Yes sir, plenty of Czech hillclimb N14 use them.
