Damn good advice.
Full soft F/R and drive it for a week (at least) like that. They WILL bounce some...deal with it. It will help you better understand the eventual inputs you'll make, I promise.
Resist the urge to press the shiny candy-like button and start adjusting your ass off.
Full soft would probly satisfy most, depending on your set-up(swaybar/STB/tires, etc).
Mine are set a turn and a half stiffer in the rear than the front. I would keep the rear a little more damped if I were you. I would NOT set the rear to full hard-the ass end will skip like a stone if you hit bumps in mid-turn.
If you need to adjust: I could feel a difference w/ a 1/16th~ 1/8th of a turn, so I would make little adjustments, drive around for a day or so, etc.
One thing I've found about the springs to be true: "preload" (but not really...)them by turning them as tight as you can with one hand, then tighten the collars. Also, if you got the end links, they WILL come loose and rotate into your tire...make sure the bolt ends face in towards the car!!
Good luck with those. I like them pretty well, overall.
