leaking tire
I bought some Kosei K1s on the forum a few months back. i really like these rims. I also got some tires on the forum. The same rim leaks a few psi per day on both tires I've had on it. I had the stem replaced. It looks like its true and drives aok on the track. What am I missing?

If there are no penetrations on the tire, it could just be a bad seating of the bead. Try the soapy water trick and see if it shows any air bubbles coming out from anywhere. Some tire shops have huge tubs that they throw the whole tire/wheel in to track down the leaks....

Its the second tire on this rim that does this. I think there is a warranty on the work install. Its kind of baffling because the rim is nice. I'd hate to replace it.

Valve stem most likely culprit.

take it to a tire shop and have them take a look at it..if its not the valve stem then the seal may be broken..i had the same issue and when i got new tires and the issue went away

The rim is the trunk of the B14 with the receipt from when I had them mounted. They replaced the valve stem though so it shouldn't be that. Who knows though.

if its not the valve stem, them it could be a tire..low pros can get leaks in them if you go over a pot hole..and if its not that then it could be your rim..

Yeah its the second tire thats done it on this rim and I've replaced the stem once. The rim did take quite a few weights to balance out... I'll see in a few weeks when I get to have it checked out. Thanks.

fill it to 45psi and spray it down with a soapy water mix....check for air bubbles........repair as needed.

You are the winner. Despite my insistence the guy at Les Schwab replaced my valvestem today. He maintained that the K1 rim needed a specific type of stem. We will see.
