I dynoed those shocks and some others myself while trying to find the best damper to build my coilovers around. And I don't work for, or have any interest in, any of the companies I have discussed. I'm just showing my findings. Those companies don't want people to see shock dynos for a reason but I feel my fellow car enthusiasts deserve to be informed. The progress dyno and the fortune dyno looks great and I praised them so they can't be upset, as for the other companies they shouldn't be selling such junk.
as for the Swift springs. I would definitely upgrade to those if you can afford it, regardless the brand of coilovers you buy. All the affordable coilovers on the market come with springs that are nothing special. Swift springs are manufactured out of far superior materials in Japan and are very well engineered. The "barrel" shape and fewer coils per length alone make them superior.
Im not useing swift springs on my car because my main goal is to be very low and stiff without breaking the bank. When and if fortune makes a final production B13 application for sale the option for a Swift spring upgrade will be available for sure, also you could upgrade to a 510 series shock if you really care about maximum performance.
