The Dynalite calipers use a 5.25" Lug Mount which you need for the dog bone adapters to work. The only other calipers they sell with that mounting style is the Dynapro and the DP6. So those are your options while using the Fastbrakes dog bones. Whether or not they would work with an 11" rotor is a different story. And what wheels they will clear is another story. The forged Dynalite caliper is really what you want. No need to add weight by going with more caliper than you need.

It's funny, the billet Dynalite calipers are all 1.75" diameter pistons. The forged Dynalite calipers have the 1.38", 1.62" and 1.75" as options.

cortrim1, yours are the forged calipers right?

Yeah mine are the forged units. I just doubled checked and they are 1.38 od and 1.25 id on the piston.

anyone know if there's an advantage for the newer dynapro forged billet caliper's over the older forged dynalite calipers? they look similar in size and spec to the forged ones

Just an update I just saved the trouble and bought the Fastbrakes 11.75 Superlite one piece rotor kit from GregV. The superlite is apparently a better calliper than any rendition of the Dynlite and so I just went with that; it has larger and thicker pads as well.
