Proper way to install stock sway bars?
Hey everyone. Does anybody have a good way to install the stock sway bars? I just changed the end links on my front sway bar and had to reinstall my rear sway bar after I replaced the rear struts on my car.
The thing is the end links have some noticeable lean to them when the car is fully seated on the ground. In the front the bottom of the links lean out towards the wheel. Imagine the links having negative camber. In the rear the problem is the rods lean back, imagine postive caster.
In the front I have brand new bushings and brand new links. In the rear its old bushings and links.
Initially I bolted everything up with the wheels off the ground. Recently I went back and had the car rest on ramps so that I could tighten everything with the full weight of the car resting on the suspension. Either way I cannot get the links to stay straight up.
