Autozone has a 2/3 claw puller. I made it into a 2 claw puller. You wrap the claws on on one side of the bushing. You start screwing the puller and you can start pushing the inner sleeve out. I drilled several holes through the rubber before I started pushing the inner sleeve out. The only problem with this technique is that you leave grab marks on the steel. I was also going to dremel the outer sleeve but there was a lot of left over rubber still attached to the sleeve. It was taking forever to drill out the rubber so I said F this and took it to a shop where they had a press.

One more question. Are you guys putting any type of lube or anti seize on the bolt for the middle bushing?

THe bushing that has the metal sleeve in the middle. I call it the middle bushing based on the balljoint being up front, and the cap bushing being out back.
