Thanks for the reply you PNW guys rock, I will look in the morning whats under that little blk box. Your right In the Fsm there should be a fusable link on the passenger side box but mine is empty. Thats what led me to the actuator. When I turn the wheel and back out or pull in slow you can hear the ABS kick in LOL. Its freaks people out when I pull in and it pops off and I don't stop right away.
