unless there are bolts missing or broken,there is no way the strut can move down to where the boot is.It may look like it,but I am not buying it,onless the car is totally bottommed on the bumpstops...and I dont think that would make them touch.

I have had the same problem,dude.
That abs line has a metal bracket on it and it gets sucked in between there when you turn,and it cuts the boot.
Trust me,turn the wheel all the way to one side with the car on the ground(not rolling) you will see what I mean.
Tie it up outa the way and that problem will be fixed.
Set the car up so its only dropped about an inch and take it to a decent alignment shop to get your camber issues solved.
That will buy you some time until you get the hypercos,and other parts to change it all out to something decent.
