I have Spec V yellows in front and reds in the rear of my B14. I do miss being able to adjust the rears externally like my AGXs for fine tuning at an autoX or open track day, but for the street it's more of a set it and forget it deal. My rears are set to halfway through the adjustment range.
I noticed an immediate major improvement in ride and rough road stability over my old (worn) AGXs despite the same spring rate.
