Looks at what I have in shocks... I guess I am thinking more in generalities and forget where I am. Offer still stands tho.

My current SE-R cost $900. The suspension on it has cost over $4k so far and rising... (inverted mono-tube coil-overs with external reservoirs, double adjustable, with camber adjustment and pillow-ball mounts, custom parallel links with heim joints, reinforced control arms and poly bushings (where there are still bushings and not heims). But it's a race car.

I have the RMs on my street/track car and one of my NASA techs that drove my car said the springs were too soft to be competitive. I still use them currently but can tell the difference in the corners with noticeable understeer. I have been DD the RM/AGX combo for over 4 years and actually preferred this combo over the Hyperco/AGX that I had previously. As always personal preference is the key, our AZ roads are fairly smooth so that factors into the equation. Since I have a B13, not sure if the spring rates differ F/R to a B14 since they have different rear suspension setups. I also have the Gen2 K-sport Control Pros on the 94 VE and on a conservative setting they ride quite well for a coilover when properly set up.

I've decided on the BC 7k front and 5k rear spring rates.. Gonna be Daily/Track warrior.

So kind of along the lines of cliff recommending the BC coilovers. During the group buy on the old forum I picked up the ksport AR-spec because they were 1 step under the best one they say they offer. There is a noticable difference between the cheapest ones they have and the ones I have.

Now I am no suspension expert, but I know they are better than the cheap ones and another b13 owner with ksports since he rode in my car and said it was smoother. I know they are not even close to being the best solution, but my old suspension was blown and those coilovers fit the bill.
