Yep, if your car is bouncing up and down, then your springs are too stiff for your struts. Or your struts are blown.

^^exactly, has alot to do with your spring rate not your dampening. spring preload also plays a part in bounce, havent ran any on my ksports and been lovin them for the past 2 years. no need to get blown struts rebuilt cause new ones are around 110.00 each usually. Know for sure that ksports and d2's are interchangable.

Progress coilovers have been discontinued, they were my first choice but I don't want to buy something that I might not be able to get a replacement part for. The Suby guys swear by the BC coilovers so I'm going to give them a shot, never heard a negative remark about them.

If a suspension is too stiff it wouldn't bounce. Your suppose to stiffen things up to eliminate travel. That's soft not stiff. I say you go with ksport with custom spring rates. They don't charge extra to switch things around most of the time. And if/when they blow they only charge $100 each to replace.

But if you got more money you can go with csk or progress. From what I read those are good too.

I gots a ksport hookup and can get them the cheapest I've seen anywhere. If you want a set pm me.

I would *think* that Progress would be able to help you out for a very long time, even though the product is discontinued (?). I'd be very surprised if they could not continue to service the product. Rebuild/valve the struts or whatever needed to be fixed. If I was considering buying a pre-owned set of Progress CO's for a B13, that would be my first phone call or email.
