No.They come with 320 frt,280 rr.My rates were an evolutionary thing.As my driving got better,I stepped up the rates every other year to fit my autocross style.As for the ride on the street,I don't really find it bothersome.Sure,it's stiffer than a regular street car,but it does pull double duty as a DSP car.I'm almost 50 years old,and my bones hurt at the slightest jolt,and these rates don't bother me.It is what it is,and it works for me.

Edit: I'm not even getting into the abuse stiff springs do to a chassis when driven on the street. I've see metal seams split and all sorts of stuff busted and bent, as a result. Just saying, not really worth it, imo.

If I drive up to the convention you will have to ride in my car. Proper valving will make a 2.3-2.5 hz sprung car ride super smooth. Both of my cars are setup for that frequency range and valved PROPERLY, the problem is it isn't cheap to get there.

TBH, I guess I'm not the norm when it comes to thinking about a DD that can take mild abuse. I bought the BC's after Nate's (wnwright) recommendation. I have not been disappointed in the SLIGHTEST. The BC BR is not a track only "coilover" They even tell you this when you purchase them. Mainly street/mild-track coilovers. If you want to spend more than $900, you'd be looking into the BC external res. coilovers. The BR's feel superb (and less jarring than a few other setups I've ridden in) and also feel better than AGX/RM combo did on my B14.

I'll never go back to a standard strut on spring combination again.

If you ever go with a strut and spring combination, I highly recommend avoiding the Road Magnets, unless you are racing on a road course or something. The linear spring rates from Road Magnets make DD a jaw-breaking experience.

Since its difficult to find those, something with a linear spring rate.
