It's funny, the variations in opinion.

That's because Ksport and BC aren't made by the same people, but unfortunately lumped into the same basket.

The BC's are a very popular option here in australia and every single person i'm aware that has installed them is very happy.

CSK's here are very rare though, most go for the aesthetic lower than the real handling performance side of things.

^ I agree. On the same note, most people aren't able to tell the difference and / or don't utilize their suspension to the full capacity.

I've also heard alot of good things about the BCs compared to the ksport and D2s.

I have BCs. just the R&D behind them compared to Tein, Agility, D2, Ksports or whatever is availible stateside is enough to show me they are a superior product.

Offset topmounts, notched/offset bottom shock mounts for the jdm primera aka g20 are just a few reasons are to why they get an A+ in my book. Not to mention the option to choose your own custom spring rates at no extras charge.

I've had the Tein SS's on my b14 for about 8yrs,50,000 miles,and about 150 autocross events.Nothing but satisfied.No damage,no leaks,and damping is top notch.I've had no experience with the others,so I can't say.Spring rates are 505lb frt,505 rear.It's daily driven.

Your results may vary, this is just my experience.

I got 1 blown shock, very stiff indeed, roads are shlt in Montreal....very shitty roads.

Still they lasted 5 year!! (k sport coil over / b13)

Those spring rates look VERY good.. does that come with the factory Tein suspension?

Perhaps I'm getting old, but I just don't see the point of going coilover for a street car. Especially for something you drive everyday. You guys are going to flame me, but I pulled the Teins basics off of the SE-L and went back to stock springs and GR2's. I clipped a coil off each front spring (sacrilegious, I know) to take away the ridiculous ride height in the front (1/2"drop) and it's fine. It's slightly stiffer than it was, but I have yet to bottom out on the bump stops. I'm considering going with Koni inserts in the front and maybe some larger sways to take the lean out. I do have a whiteline lca brace and offset bushings, as well. As it stands right now, it's a pleasure to drive and doesn't beat me up on long trips. In a bumpy road situation (99% of the time in these parts), the SE-L will glide right over things, while some of the coilover cars I see would come out with broken windshields and pissed off gf's and be slower than my setup. Spend a whole bunch of money to be slower in most situation on the street? Not this guy. Dedicated track cars are a whole different story. 2cents.

Edit: I'm not even getting into the abuse stiff springs do to a chassis when driven on the street. I've see metal seams split and all sorts of stuff busted and bent, as a result. Just saying, not really worth it, imo.
