I never had luck with 1/2" crap on the axle nuts. I broke two breaker bars, and even a 1/2" wratchet on axle nuts. I got fed up and bought a 3/4" sliding t-bar from sears. That and my cheater pipe has broken free every axle nut it's encountered. No chance of that bitch breaking at all.
