Alignment spec...what is normal and not
When was the last time you guys align your car? what would be acceptable number of the camber??

-1 to 0?
One of my front wheel, driver side to be exact was at -2 after I hit a curb a few weeks ago. The align guy stated he could not do it, I will need a new hub/spindle? WTF?

those are not too hard to replace on a b13, I replaced a stud bolt and looked to be like the main 29mm nut and should pop off.

I've ran -1.7° of camber up front for years on my DD with zero issues or uneven wear. It's all about your toe. Set it to what drive like. Kojima recommends for aggressive street drivers between -1.5° and -2° of camber (source material).

Not sure on a B13 but the FSM recommends for a B14 a minimum of -1.33°, a normal setting of -0.58°, and a max of +0.17°. And with all this into account no more than a 1° side to side difference.

Hope that helps. If you messed up you spindle or hub though I would get a new (read: used in good condition) one and maybe a new wheel bearing.

The B13 spec for front camber is -1.0* to +0.5*. Although you might find a track car running -2*, you need to also be concerned about the difference in camber between the 2 front wheels. If you are running 2* negative camber on one side and 0* on the other, the steering is likely to pull toward the side with 0* camber. I've had this happen after an accident even when both wheels were within spec individually.

So, the tech is correct to be concerned about your situation and questioning whether an alignment would give you a satisfactory outcome. I'm not sure hub replacement is the answer, though. It could be a bent strut as well.

Good luck sorting it out. I think you just need to find the right shop to do so.

I have replaced the strut, control arm already. Therefore, only thing left is the spindle, hub.
it does pull to the right though. I just don't know what to do? except for the hub replacement, he thought it might bend.

I don't have any other thoughts.....

Let us know what you do and how it works out.

Is this a good alignment shop or some chain. You get all sorts of ridiculous bs stories from hacks who can't set a car up properly.
