Thread: 11.75" Fastbrakes BBK wheel clearance...tried a few out today

A local shop had some new Konig wheels in stock and I went down for test fitment

Again, this is with the 11.75" rotor kit (not the 11")

how about konig feathers or heliums?

they had the 15x6.5 Heliums and they're not even close...you'd have to run like a 30mm spacer


the +20 Wide Opens were very close...I think a 5mm spacer would do it but I didn't have one handy to try (these wheels only weigh 13.6lbs). I *think* they would surely clear the 11" brake kit as that appears to be what the Miata guys are running:

but all i have to add on to the te-37's are the specific size (15x7 +33) they are a very tight squeeze in there (maybe 2-4mm between the caliper and rim)

Also I've got to find out what the size/offset of the 949racing 6UL's is that fits...I've seen conflicting info on the 15x8 +36
