That might be useful for tuning ride quality over severe bumps, but usually handling type tuning takes place at 3"/sec and below.
Do you happen to know / have measured the motion ratios for the B13? I have an excel chart that can be tweaked to calculate damping at various velocities. I'll need to corner weight my own car to verify curb weight and f/r distribution to make it work.
I could probably come up with a pretty decent force curve for hyperco specific revalves.
