If you guys want to do these right you need to use the parts I did from Koni! The GC sleeves and perches are larger diameter and I like the quality of the Koni sleeves and perches much better. Then you can simply order the ERS from GC or anyone that sells them or you can use Hypercoil race springs (not OEM style) as well.

I've used both, and don't feel that the Koni sleeves are necessarily any better than the GC sleeves.

Use what ever you can get a better deal on, as they are both quality pieces.

I'd be willing to go in on this for a mostly street car that is tracked a couple times per year and autocrossed once a month, especially since these seem to be better than the progress setup. I'll wait and see what the verdict is on this.

Is the guy at GC playing ball with you again or is he still being a pita?

1) The GC coils are just simply NOT that much more expensive than ("good") springs
2) Coils use a smaller perch = more room for a wider wheel/tire combo
3) Infinite spring rate and range of adjustment. Not personally a fan of waiting for springs to settle either (stock or aftermarket)...........

Excellent points, impeccable logic. Certainly the way I would go on any future B13.

However, in my case I already have Hyperco Gen II springs. On my current Classic, I like everything factory simple. I am not going to be adjusting anything once it is set correctly. The CSK's teamed up with Hyperco's are also reportedly amongst the most comfortable set-ups for the street.

They've been better to deal with of late.

More than anyone would spend on a B series, that I've seen. Just the dampers w/o any attachments are $3k/pair.

I am thinking of a similar setup .....mine is a street car that will see a few trips to the drag strip a year ...I am looking to do a suspension that is of the same quality as the rest of my car , not the bargain basement coilovers that are on it ...I have been putting this off for a while
