Truth be told, if you are not comfortable with (good) springs costing circa $300, then I am pretty sure you will not be comfortable with the price of a proper koni setup

As I said in our "wheel gap" thread, if your going to do it, do it right. And if its going to be right, its going to cost a little $$, simple. You have asked this question so many times, but yet, the answer is still the same

And as mentioned before, the reason why this community does not have many options is because people just simply do not want to ante up a few $$$ for a proper setup...............

Nissan does not make parts for the B13s and they are very rare. I have not seen a 20 year old SER or NX2000 in years, period were I live. Ever tried to call around and find something simple like a brake caliper? I like my NX2k but know what it is. A cheap fun economical fwd car.

I just am not willing to spend 2 grand on konis but I thought were he was doing the basic ones for a good price. I am getting the hypercoils, if I can not get these at an agreeable price then I will do the AGXs.

All this talk makes me want to sell my progress coilovers and change things up... sigh.

Jam, with the purchase of Hypercoils (I guess circa $300 or more) the inserts alone devour pretty much the rest of your "$1000" budget.

Just a FYI

The price(s) were alluded to on the first (and subsequently the second) page of this thread.........
Also, it was suggested to just PM Veilside directly to avoid speculation

Jam, please "read" the thread before posing questions.

Not to be rude, but this will be my last address to any more of your postings in this thread from hence forth. Someone else can take the mantle..........

My normal S chassis pricing is as follows:

$375/pair for front or rear

$250 for front Yellow housings

For now I'll do sale pricing at the following for B series:

$300/pair front or rear for 86** Race Series with coilovers
$215/pair front or rear for Yellows with coilovers

This includes powdercoating, new DOM tubes (no reused factory housings), and gland nuts for the Race series.

To clarify, the prices are just housings. (not including dampers, springs, sleeves, etc)

Veil, do you have a link (to a thread possibly) to previous examples made?? I have personally seen a few, but I think the masses need to see the top notch work and the staggering quality craftsmanship you do on these!!
