ok im about to order this but i want to make sure can i use oem inner rod with this or do i have to get an s14 inner rod?

From the product discription u linked

This will work with all S14 inner tie rods.
For S13's, you must upgrade to the thicker S14 inner tie rods with these outer tie rods
