Wheels may have crossed my mind a few times recently.

Those titanium lug nuts have come waaaay down in price. You're really only talking about 80-dollars more than your chrome-moly lugs. I spent about 80-bucks on those Muteki SR48 and they are already showing rust after just a few years of very little to no punishment.

I'd imagine for my uses those titanium lugs would outlast me and my car. No rust, ultra-strong, lightweight, and Pimp Daddy. Me likey.

I found a discounted set of sr48 on ebay(only 19 lugs instead of 20)...so I can see if their wrench will fit my lugholes. The current thinwall splined lugs I have already are very tight.
Me thinks a 7sided would be the same as far as the socket goes, and I am not sure that 7sided is any better for theft.
One would think a wheel thief would have one just for that...but I am not a thief..just sayin

I still put simple Gorilla lug nuts on everything. The BMW got a full set a while back when I converted to wheel studs.

This is the correct thread for our cars:

$8.00 X 16 lugnuts = $128.00

Titanium lugnuts = $195.00
