broken progress sway bar endlink
ok so i have a progress rear sway bar on my 93 sentra..a few days ago i was driving and heard a clunking noise...i first thought my struts were going but i put the car up on a lift today and see the passenger side endlink broken now i went on progress website and they only had endlink replacements for subarus and prelude and acuras...does anyone know where i can find replacements ?

i'm going to try calling progress and see what they can do...if anything.

mc master

and that looks nothing like how i have mine set up... (endlinks face same direction) and mine attaches to the bottom of the steering knucle instead of the strut

I had a similar need for the same part about a year ago. I just simply called them up and told the lady what I needed (she was quite knowledgeable) and I had the male and female threaded joints to my door in no time. It did run me about $30 though. You might be able to find the same parts elsewhere for cheaper. Maybe much cheaper.

If I wanted the hardware for the entire end-link side, I think it would have run me quite a bit more. They are not starving over there at The Progress Group.

By the way, I've never seen the end-link attached to the factory provision on the strut. You do know that you don't have them installed as recommended right? Did you find that method worked better for you? I might consider giving that a try as long as it didn't cause your failure. =]

I don't even know how yo got those to reach p to the struts. The bar was not hitting the body at all?

yeah man i dont know how you did that theyre supposed to go to the control arm. And all you need to buy is a heim link with spherical bearing just find out the thread and size and you should be able to find them.

This bracket comes with the progress rear sway bar and it is where the end link attaches to.

Even though the directions say to mount them level, sometimes you have to rotate them a bit on lowered cars to avoid any interference.

Hmmm thats interesting. So the bar would then bolt up to that bracket using the heim links i assume.
