all day long, having owned both and a set of Teins I would pick these everytime.

BC's are good dont get me wrong.... but these are better

Tein SS is best one I have try
I have use Tein SS for 5 years and other then a O/H to fresh them up they are perfect for track and street.
rear ride height & traval is good even when I seat four in the car.
