-3.3*degree Negative Camber issue
Well i did my wheel aglinment at school. My Toe is fine, i dont remember the caster but it wasnt perfect, and well camber was -1.5* driver side and -3.3* on passenger side. It says caster and camber cant be adjusted. I have camber bolts but i have heard bad things. I think my lower control arm might be bent. Cause how can i have -3.3*? Any ideas on this?

Bent control arm, collapsed strut top mount bushing, worn out control arm bushings, bent front suspension subframe, upper strut mounting point tweaked, bad wheel bearing, loose wheel lugs, and bent wheel are all possibilities that immediately come to mind.

True that hommie!

What is your setup? How much drop?
I would suggest not using camber bolts, they work, but not that well or are that reliable.

I have kyb agx's and h&r springs, drop is 1.5 front and 1.3 rear

I hope its not a bent subframe.

I would pull the strut assembly and check that out first, at the same time check out the ball joint. Also make sure you have the right bolts in the spindle where the shock attaches. If one is smaller than stock it could through off camber.

My caster was ****ed from a slightly bent control arm, imho I think that's the most possible culprit, especially if you've hit something lately, like a pothole or a curb.

our control arms are not the most stout pieces i have ever come accross. would be rather easy to bend one, also your bushings could be giving out if they are stock. but a 1.5inch drop is a BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD idea.

If you see any lifting of the laminations around the strut tower, you could be bent up, at the strut towers. That means a bent uni-body.

You can fix almost anything, anyways. Look for worn parts and keep a written record of what you fix, so these events are easier to de-bug.

Something is most likely bent, as stated.

It's not tough to replace most of the suspension.
Start with new control arms, (prothane bushings pre-mounted, preferably) and make sure your struts are solid.

Unless you have severe rust, almost everything can be worked out and repaired, if you use your head, instead of your wallet.

In order to get 3.3 something has to be visibly bent. Here's my car with 3.8 at full droop, you can see how far it's canted.

Did you hit something recently? If not, are you *sure* that you set the machine up right and that it's accurate? I've seen Hunter heads give funny readings after being dropped.
