If Brian gets hit by a bus tomorrow, the information about what rotors fit my car dies with him. I'd like to know too.

I have one of the original kits, but with 3mm taken off the bracket so the rotor can sit 3mm inboard more than normal. This needed a one-piece rotor with a hat 3mm taller than all the other 11" kits.

Who the hell knows what rotor that is?!

There should be a lot of travel in the caliper area for the change no? Maybe like 5mm on each side of the rotor or so (I found out the hard way lol). You may be able to get away with rocking the normal rotor. If that bothers you, then you can take thin washers and actually shift the caliper outward to compensate.

I actually did this when I noticed my rotor wasn't sitting in the middle where it should be. After this I realized that the rotor actually moved again and my bearing was dangerously walking outward from the prev owner not bolting the axle nut correctly.

If the weather is nice this weekend I will get you and Nic some pictures and measurements.

I've got Panasport wheels.. Their caliper/spoke clearance is way worse than B14 SE-R wheels I think from your descriptions.
Partially due to the more "aggressive" offset, but mostly due to the beefy spoke design.

It took a 12mm spacer and those extra 3mm Brian gave me to clear these things.

The NEW 11" kit takes 93-95 Prelude VTEC rotors. But you need to drill the 4x100 pattern yourself.
