I've had a hookup in El Paso for Discount Tire, but he no longer works there, and it was only for tires that were already there at the dealer, not special order stuff

Mmmmm. Star Specs. Shredded a set of them (6 actually) last June at BIR during the Chumpcar races.

Amazing how throwing a tire like that onto a POS Ford Escort can suddenly make the thing fly on a road course.
