I need help with my car suspension
I am currently using 3" Intrax lowering springs with KYB AGX adj shocks. The problem is that I live in NYC and the streets here are way too bad for this spring and shock combination. Even when used at its stiffest setting (#4) the front stuts last only like 200 or 300 miles, and the rear ones like 1,000 miles.

I am planning on buying the Ground Control caster/camber adjustable plate to gain an additional 1/2" of suspension travel in the front, but I need to decide what shocks to use because Ground Control coil over kit's are different depending on the brand of shock/strut being used. Should I use AGX again, or there is another one better? What spring ratio should I use? I want to stay at least 2.5" low.

The other option is to buy the Progress or Tein coil over shocks. I am more inclined toward the Progress, but Tein claims that their struts are shorter than the stock ones. Anyone knows if this is true? Also if I can also use the Ground Control caster/camber plates with either one of them?

The other option is to buy the Koni inserts, but they are designed to be inserted in the factory struts and they are long gone. And I don't know if they fit inside my AGX struts.

Your sugestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. No need to answer.
I already decided to order the Progress Technoly Coil-Over kit and the Ground Control caster/camber plates for the front.
