Steering Problem Solved
So I had this problem. Lets say im driving and take a left hand turn, and then continue going straight, my steering wheel will stay cocked to the left. If I take a right hand turn, my steering wheel will go back to being centered. It only goes out of wack when turning left.

Did some searching and possible problem could be worn steering rack bushings. The rack doesnt leak, boots look fine, and lca bushings(superpros) are about a yr old.

Replaced the driverside steering rack bushing with an Energy Suspension unit today. As you can see the oem bushing is pretty much gone. Took the car for a test drive after and now turning left is really responsive and turning right has a bit of slack. I was running out of daylight so i only did the driverside, passenger side will be replaced when I have time. Steering wheel now returns back centered after making turns also.

Yes, its a sun shade hood prop. I only did the driverside bushing last night, and it wasnt that bad. Its only 2 bolts holding em in, bottom bolt is easy to get to from under the car, and top bolt i used a long breaker bar from the top to break it loose. 17mm bolts

Plan to do the passenger side later this week. Passenger side looks alot tougher to get to.

I just replaced mine when I did my swap. I ended up replacing the whole rack too. These definitely make a big difference over the worn stuff.

I did that to mine too, except i used OEM to replace my ES bushings. They looked the same way, tore up and disintegerated. Helped 99%.
SO I swapped out my Sway Bar Bushings and endlinks yesturday (ST Bar) and now the car twitches when I accelerate or decelerate. Why is it when you replace worn parts, it uncovers what other parts it was masking that were worn? LOL
I think I need to swap control arms next. I am going back OEM.

Finished up the passenger side just now. Only took about 25 mins for the passenger side bushing. "Hella" easy from under the car. Need to go for a test drive after I finish up.
