IM DONE!

My ass! This is just your excuse to say that you tried to help him out which you never did. You have no customer service what so ever and take forever to make products that don't even come out as quality parts.

At 24, He's going to take over his parents' company, and ruin it too.

He doesn't yet understand the phrase "customer service", and won't until he learns to be a better business man.

Why are you assuming he will ever learn. He has a track record of not learning.

Should have just stopped with run it into the ground

From what I can see, most people including myself are perfectly fine with waiting 2-3 months for a high quality product. If I know, that after 2-3 months, I am getting the best possible version of what I want, I would have no problem with waiting for it. Much better than getting something half assed in two weeks.

Wow. I was in class the last few days, SEE what I miss. Where to start: To Shawn B, VQman and everyone else who has spoken up on my behalf, I truly do appreciate it. I never expected to have such a snowballing affect on OEM, but I just wanted my money's worth; the support I got was a surprise and is greatly appreciated, as I said.

I saw a post by Mark in a now CLOSED thread saying:
"These units were made for Coilovers only. I modify EXACTLY as my Koni sales person tells me to. 52mm from the top. Now, if you wanted these to work with a spring set-up all you have to do is raise the Koni up 2.5". The comment about 250# springs only, no that is not true at all. I am not sure what all the frustration here is about. Seems to me this forum is only about people bickering then solving a problem. Instead of coming up with a solution everyone just likes to point fingers. Its one reason I am venturing into new scene.

Chris, I have done as the Koni Rep told me. If these still dont work for you, you can send them back to me so I can modify them. I can work with you on the price. I would need the springs and unit back to verify fitment.

Mark"

While in THIS thread, He wrote saying he'd fix them out of his own pocket. This is news to me. I have yet to hear a PM from him, and when I tried to send him one regarding it, he seems to have either turned off receiving PMs, or is not accepting PMs at all because I was unable to send him a PM about it. Hopefully he makes good on his word to fix these. We will see what happens. I am going to send my PM to him via email, and go from there.

Thanks for the support you guys. It's nice that the forum I joined 5yrs ago has not lost it's unity and friendship.

That was an empty promise. He was daring one of us to create a product he's made in our garages. He never had any intention of going through with it, nor did he make any indication he would once his challenge was met.

I'm so sorry Chris. I tried to hold back as long as I could hoping you'd get something back for your troubles.

more contradictions... this is what he did talking to me the first time I dealt with him, poor communications that contracticted his website, his posts, logic & common sense...

that's what I dealt with 1.5 years ago when I first encountered them about CSK's.. Then on another encounter, he wanted me to send him my Octotat RSTB to see about making pillowball mounts that would fit, I bet he would have tried copying it and selling it.. oh wait, i mean, Reverse Engineering it...

Because he can't rip off anyone else, I'm very elated that everyone now sees what I was seeing with this guy the whole time he was on the forum...

But it still sucks for those who have been ripped off...

So in the end, can his shocks be fixed? Can someone fix them for him? If i knew how i would but if they need to come up 2" then i would assume he would need new housings, correct? I would be willing to help pay for someone to fix these or help in any way. Anyone else know how to fix these?
