You don't have to put it together... It is still funny.

This is a lesson that I shouldn't start a serious thread while drunk and still drinking. Derailed

It's a cool idea! What do your build plans look like? Are you doing these yourself or paying someone to do it?

If you are planning to weld plate steel together make sure you get some brass plugs milled that are the same diameter as the wheel bearings. Keep them in place while you or anyone is welding to prevent warping.

Not 100% sure how I am going to work it. I am more than capable to do it all myself, but I may outsource... I have connections around the world to have them made.

Most likely the base part will be milled from solid... I am thinking about having the brake and/or steering brackets bolted on so that they can be changed/modified.

And just for those that don't know me... By day I am lead engineer at a product design firm.... I have designed thousands of parts over the years. I have a toolshop at my disposal here also.

I am going to design and make some for me. Will interface with OEM parts for durability, but change geometry to fix issues. I also plan to make them to use different calipers for "cheap" big brakes.

I am debating on also making these for others since I really wouldn't be able to make any money on them, but if people are interested I will see what it would actually cost for others.

dude....you have pm
