we did offset the top as well (not sure if I mentioned that or not on this forum)

dude, that looks nuts!

could it be possible that since you installed your own delrin bushing for the upper control arm for more negative camber that the extra camber combined with hard cornering(60+ track days/24k miles?) caused this over time?

Mike (my husband) did do some 'grassroots' repositioning on the top mounts to offset them a bit more as well.

Looks like this now in front:
