Stock Struts/Coils don't fit
I'm in the process of installing the stock struts/coils in the front. I used coil compressors to get the strut and coil together. Everything was fine until I went to install them into the car.

The strut with the stock coil is too long, I don't seem to have enough clearance to get it on the knuckle. Checked the FSM and nothing there, searched both forums and nothing.

Maybe undo the brake line mounts and swaybar endlinks.

That should let you push the control arm further down easier.

Removed the other wheel and that did the trick. Didn't even think about the sway bar . When I installed the Road Magnets, since they are lower profile, didn't have to worry about this.

Pretty sure he meant that he jacked up both sides and was able to accomplish the task. English is his second language, remember?

Nah I meant to say I removed the other wheel, after jacking up the car, and that did the trick.

Way to not be able to read between the lines and jump to a conclusion and then call a person newb .
