looking for front strut bar
I'm having difficulties finding a strut bar for my NX. I did find some 150+ ones but I also found rear strut bar for the Nx, e-bay, just 60 dollars.

So I'm guessing the 150 is a bit steep.

On a personal note, I require steel, silver gray or aluminium colour for looks. Most seem to be red. Of course I could spray those.

But where to get a affordable strut bar?

cheap option (if it is made):

expensive option:

The latter one seems to be adjustable.

Is it wise to get an adjustable one or would the budget STB suffice?

Three point braces, like the second one, are better in general. For the price the first one is definitely a great deal.

This covers the rest of your options.

Agreed with Black98sr, that inexpensive 2-point bar from Overkill looks like a helluva deal. It's from Overkill, so you know it is beefy and well built. The price is very, very reasonable. (I need to update the Suspension Thread with that option).

The E-bay bars are sketchy at best. You may or may not get a decent quality product.

What a massive read!

I've tried reading everything but this suspension theory is already hard to follow in my own language. But it was worth it.

Now I'm just posting this out of curiosity, I've read buying e-bay strut bar is not recommended, but I have to pay for shipping a lot.

Also the one I found for colour and finish matches so much better under the hood, the triangulated one is overkill for me. I agree the budget overkill solution is one to keep in mind.

What do you guys think of this one?

Front Strut Tower Bar 91-94 Nissan Sentra 92 93: eBay Motors (item 130398449910 end time Aug-05-10 13:12:11 PDT)

It is insanely low priced, unknown brand, picture is shown upside down and the placing of the bar is kinda weird, the strut braces if that is what you call them, are not round but drip form.

For now I stick around e-bay I suppose, the overkill strut bar is noted, but adding shipping, I might as well buy one in The Netherlands.
