Thread: B14 beam bending?

ive read around and seen this was an awesome mod that really doesnt cost anything..i was just wondering if theres anyone out there who still does it?

does anyone have any pics of their bent beam?

It is an awesome mod, but it does cost. There is a shop in southern CA that does this. On the east coast, we get at least 6 guys together and fly Steve Foltz out from Colorado for a day with his fixture. I do not know if he is still doing this. A couple of years ago, it cost each of us around $200 to make this happen. Steve wants the money up front to be sure that he does not lose out. Search around for his contact and PM him. Then try to get 6 people to put up the money.
The beam ends up with a gentle curve in it that is easily seen when looking at it from the brake disc end.

its also not something that u can really see. search around and u will find pics of one of the beam bending partys

We used to have "Beam Bending Parties" at the Nissan dealership I worked at. The only way to adjust the rear toe is by bending the beam a little bit. Not too sure if every Nissan dealership in the country uses this technique, but they are fully aware of it I'm sure.

if you're SE-Rious about making your b14 handle corners properly, beam bending to near "0" toe is an absolute MUST! you could spend $2000 on suspension goodies and not get as much improvement. i consider it the best ~$200 i ever spent on my different suspension setups over the years.
