Thread: NX2000 5 lug swap question

I am thinking about doing a 5lug swap on my nx2k. The wheels I want to use are 17x8's and 17x9's with a 35mm offset. I know most people don't like staggered wheels on a fwd car but I don't care. I'm just wondering if anybody can tell me if they'll fit before i start gathering parts to do this swap.

I doubt it, at least not with out modification thats for sure.

Which ones are going in the front?

the 17x8's would be going in the front.

Dont think 17x9 +35 in the rear wil fit....

if hes dropped......i doubt it will work.....and IF hes dropped hell need to roll the fenders...

why not just do 16x8 with 0 offset....

Think he will need to roll and pull them.

but damn I scrape in the back with 15x8 +36 and i have my fenders rolled.

The real question is, what parts are you using for the 5 lug conversion? Are you re-drilling the hub? Because Ive been wanting to do it for a while now.

I'll have to find the thread that lists the other parts that would be needed to complete the 5-lug swap. but I know it involves 89-94 Maxima hubs and spindles up front.

and I'm going with the 17's because I already have them in my shed and can't find anyoneto buy them. I'm not sure the offset is +35 on the 17x9's.
