Long story short, I must have loaded the incorrect springs when I originally put the GR2's on...I think they're from a junkyard B14. I went through the parts the original owner of my car had given me and I discovered another front set of springs (I think the originals to the car, SEL). When I compared them to the springs Eggman sent me (B13 SE-R) they were slightly shorter so I put them on instead. It's better than it was, but it still has quite a bit of gap. It's measuring out at 25 1/4" from ground to fender lip with 15" wheels and 205/50 tires. And to my surprise, 25 3/4" on the passenger side.....
So to answer your question I didn't get the B13 SE-R springs installed to see if they sit lower. Eyeballing it, without them being compressed, they didn't appear they would be shorter so I didn't bother.
