Can't find the grassrootsmotorsports link with the picture of the strut bar installed under the GC camber plates but the Dec 2005 issue talks about this install with a 36.00 e-bay bar.

If ur worried about hood clearence it will fit with a fiberimages hood if you remeber my b13 is running gc plates with a Nissan motor sports brace mounted on top of the plates . If your running the stock hood you'll have to cut the webbing out .

I didn't clearify, you need Stillen's bar "not the plates". Shig made the brackets to adapt (not sure about other strut bars?)to the Stillen bar and G/C plates.

Has anyone tried to followup from my previous post????? Shig actually might be able to help, I gave directions how and where to find him. Read below for where to find Shig! Look for "SHigSpeed".

Here's a pic I found of the Stillen bar with GC plates and Shigspeed adapters. The car belongs to Sarah Forst.

So, what strut braces would fit under the plates? Any with flat rings?

The OEM bar isn't a bulky as you think. It works well and is a relative bargain just my .02 cents.
