Filling Rear Bushing in B14
Since no one makes Poly rear bushings for the B14, could i fill them with Poly? I have never made or filled bushings but i have seen other do it. I am assuming this is the only option i have at this point. Are there any bushings i should not fill? And does anyone know what Poly to buy? I think i have seen some at the hardware store but i know little to nothing else.

What bushings are you looking for?

Bushings for the beam where they attach to the chassis, and all 3 of the multi link part of the beam. ES lists a part number but no one sells them. 7.3120 is what they say but i can not find them anywhere? If anyone knows where to find them that would be the best option.

I think there are polyurethane replacement bushings for the rear trailing link bushings (part 55045 in the diagram below). I want to say SuperPro or someone makes them.

I'm not sure how much void area is in those bushings, but if you really want to, you can poly fill every one except part 55135. That one needs to have a decent amount of compliance in it to make the whole locating linkage (the Scott-Russel linkage) work properly.

As for the actual compound, I recommend two-part pourable polyurethane casting compound over the single-part stuff that comes in tubes. I've used McMaster-Carr part #8644K18 (Flexible Urethane Casting Compound 1 Pound Liquid, Shore A 94). A 1 lb can is like $35 from their site and there's enough in there to do all of those bushings plus all four engine / transmission mounts.

Good luck.

Greg is checking to see if he can get the ES bushings listed on ES's website.
BoxedFox thanks for the info, if Greg cannot get the ES ones i would rather fill them instead of paying the $60 for just the 2 trailing arm bushings.
Thanks for the info though it is well appreciated.
Like i said before i have searched for hours on the web looking for a ES dealer that stocked the listed B14 rear bushings and came up with nothing. Usually Summit will have them if you search for the exact P/N but may not come up under the vehicle search.
