so from what i read in there it seams like he had a bad coilover.. cause from everyone else that put there opinions theres a couple of people that have had them on there cars for 2 years plus and no problems... im going to keep on doing a little research cause it sounds too good to be true..

i actually have these in my e46 bmw.. they work awesome and raceland has the best customer service ive ever dealt with.. no joke.. check out my thread on the bmw forum..
the new setup (raceland content) - E46Fanatics

ive spoken to them ALOT.. according to them they arnt making any money on these for the time being because they are trying to build a brand name.. im sure once they catch on and have other applications the price will rise significantly.
also they dont come with any camber plates or in my bmw's case dont have the much needed shortnd sway bar end links.. those are a seperate cost.. i wouldnt consider what they sell to be a complete kit if you need to buy top hats/camber plates.. once you add the cost of those they are more like ksport prices..

I think this is a line, because several people used this to justify these being extremely too low.

The number I saw most frequently repeated was 30 days..like, "in 30 days these will be significantly higher..."

Well those posts are almost a year old, and there have been no drastic price changes.

To me these are good for one thing: slamming your car to look good in a parking lot while you 'hang out.'

There are so many places in coilover construction to cut major corners, it's not funny. Not to mention..you get some capital and a large quantity order, and you can get anything made in China, regardless of quality standards..

@kaotekxe thanks for chiming in you are somebody that actually has racelands also i dont want this thread to turn into a raceland bashing party this thread is only to inform you that we can get these made if there is enough interest with that being said it is well established that these coilovers are not jic magics quality but will lower your car for a price you cant beat pair them with some koni inserts and gc camber plates and you have a suspension that makes tein look like crap for half the cost

also for p10/p11 users please put up a link on g20.net if there is enough interest

I figure with some Suspension Tech sway bars youmight have a good setup.

The only thing I have seen so far is a swaybar pc of the strut breaking off. ST sway bars dont bolt to the strut.
