I have a buddy that has these on his golf, an we helped our other buddy put the on his girlfriends daily driver. Basically they act as a Starting point for lowering you car, they have a warranty, and are rebuildable with I believe agx or Koni struts and groud control springs, and being the quality Nazi I am I was very reluctant and pointed fingers etc... Funny thing is they are more of a Nazi about it than I am and they are satisfied very much so. Basically these don't feel or perform like a hardcore strut unless you modify them. But after seeing these in person, for the price, I want a set. Just to lower my car slighly. If I want to do something a little bit later, I will just swap the parts out of more performance oriented parts but keep the body. Either way.... I'm down!

This has probably already been said, but people clown on these in the e36 scene. ( i just sold my e36, BTW ).

Go check out bimmerforums.com if you really wanna sleuth.

Apparently they are functional, but on BMW's, they are just too effing low, harsh, etc.

Lotta crap out there.

I sent an email and got this in reply:

Thank you for your interest in Raceland products.

At this time we don't have anything in development, but we will put your recommendation on the list so upper management can consider producing this item. Please keep in mind once the decision is made it would take up to another year for the product to be introduced to the market.

Thank you,
Raceland USA

Looks like their not doing it. I found some D2 for 95 200sx. I wonder if they will fit in the 93 NX? I guess a conversion kit may be in order. Thanks.

Just checking back in to get this topic alive, lest we forget.

These are all the rage over at ephatch, but some of those guys are DU-UMB.

One of the gems of logic is, "5,000" miles and they ain't broke on me yet!"

There are a lot of crap cars out there on sh*tty Monroe's or worse, and those struts last that long. Does that mean Monroes off a Buick Regal pwnz Progress?!

Most people don't even know what a good strut feels like anyways.

Everytime I see this company all I can read is "riceland"

Every time I see this question posted on other forums, no one answers..

"If it's all about cheap and slammed, how is this any different than cutting your springs?!"

And that's even cheaper, and All-American!

I'm about to spend around $279.00 on my struts.

Each of them.
