Progress or nothing else. Just to be honest I have had almost every suspension combination made. Just trying to save you time.

I'd like to hear why. Not sayin your wrong, just want to hear the difference. I've been rolling with an ST rear sway for almost a decade and have been fine with it. What was the difference in handling between the two bars? Anything better than the typical opinionated "it was better" or "because it is" would be nice. Track use, road use, the better insight the better it is. Thanks!

I use progress bars. Just let it be clear, if you have a Progress bar installed you getting 100% feed back transfered back to the driver in corners. If your driving with suspention techniques bars, you only geting about 65% of that driver feedback.

I know about the front, but I think the OP's question (along with my inquiry) was more directed towards the rear. The ST bar bolts right up to the trailing arm while the progress, i believe, is held in by hemi joints.

yea correct the st bar looks like it bolts straight up, and the progress uses a bushing kit with it

The only experience I have is with a Whiteline. The difference with it and without is is night and day.

Before you get flamed, I suggest looking here:

I've read the suspension thread many times, and it still does not answer what the OP is asking: it does not explain or give examples of differences it just says "The best for your ride" or discusses the results on a S13 or B13, not a B14. It also mainly only talks about the front bar (unless the Sport Compact quote is in reference to the rear, sort of hard to tell) and once again both I and the OP are speaking about the rear. I think he is looking for a little more insight into the situation like: "The ST was fine, but I noticed considerably more understeer in non-banked corners greater then 45* and could also exit most 90* corners at 10 to 15 mph faster", not just it's the best. Actual hands on examples. Rodney I think so far would do the best with this seeing he's had both bars on his car, though (and I'm not 100% on this) I think it was on a B13, not a B14 so results might differ. I don’t think either have invited any real flaming, just looking for more insight to a question then “it’s better”.

Not on a b14.
