Ebay rotors don't hold up to abuse like these would! So I would say It depend on what your looking for out of your brakes . I am running the fast brakes 11.8 with ad22's it's the best bang for the buck ! I think someone is selling it on here for 250 shipped ...

The rotor will not let you stop faster. If you street/dd your car, Brembo or Napa blanks will feel the SAME as the most expensive rotor.

Now coatings can resist rust buildup on the surfaces not contacted by the pad. If it is worth the extra $$ so be it. If you think the dimples and slots and holes make you look cooler (many do), then by all means pay the $$ for those too.

Now if you track your vehicle, it is a wise decision to invest in a decent brand such as power slot or Brembo. However the actual results are not confirmed by many, some claim the cheaper rotors are more susceptible to micro fracture from fatigue on the track and constant extrema heat cycling. I suppose it is possible the cheaper companies use metal of lesser quality and their casting process might not be as efficient.

My opinion. Buy the cheapest rotors possible and invest in good pads and ss lines. I run Brembo blanks.

I agree with everything Dudeman said. And I've driven lots of rotors on track and street.

No disrespect meant to Dudeman, but you will get more complete information and better understanding about brake pad options by spending a little time on a search. Your snappy answer does not change that fact.
