crunching/scraping noise on turns
so today after lunch i drive back to work and when i turn the corner, i hear what sounds like a scraping/crunching noise from the right side.
i'm like wtf??
so i get out and look to see if i ran over anything, well nothing.
i check to see if my tires are rubbing and nothing, i bounce the car up and down thinking it might be suspension related and no noise.
i have a coworker drive my car in a circle in the parking lot and i hear it coming from what looks to be the right side brake rotor...
teh fck??
i check the rotor and no signs of scraping or rubbing.
it sounds like the outer cv joint bearings might have excessive clearance. it's the only thing i can come up with.
So now i gotta shell out $60 for a remanned axle from Napa, apparently they don't just sell the cv joint but the whole axle shaft.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
i swear every day it's something new with this thing!
