Motor mount question. Pic inside.
I have a 91 Se-r. Pictured is the prothane mount next to the OEM rear crossmember mount. Notice how the oem one is offset and the prothane is not. Should it be like this and have you guys noticed this before.

yes i have noticed it and did the mounts on my se-r ad its not a big deal. you just have to push and the bolt should go right through. it took me about 20 minutes just to get that one in though. but the most pain in the a** was the passengers side but i think that was because i did it last... not a good idea.

This is the easiest swap there is for your car,besides just putting another de in.

I never noticed this, but the mounts worked fine for me. I'm actually thinking your stock mount is off-center because it's broken. How does the rubber look? You sure it's not off center because it's ripped or torn? It doesn't look right to me. There should be more space between the center rubber section and that crescent section on the right.

I think it is broken but the stock mount is slightly offset.
