that part number appears to be for a strut for a 300gt. it doesnt look like its threaded or an insert

they do however carry inserts for other cars like vw gold, camry, etc. not sure on how the measurements compare to the b13/b14 struts though

unfortunately these are non-adjustable, but they may be dampened well from factory, no way to tell unless we get some reviews up here

i think these are the same inserts shocktek used in thier coilovers hell for 100 i might have to be the test dummy for these

after doing some research i seen autozone can get these inserts so lifetime warranty on your coilovers lol

How does these work cause d2 and ksport are threaded?

You cut open the old D2/K-sport and insert these into the sleeve.

^^ there's a cap on the D2/ksport housing that your can take off and the new cap for the Bilstein will fit the D2/ksport also.
