I've seen Teins siezed up. if I were to get a a B13 again, I would go Progress again or koni. If bilstien or Ohlin's made something for us, I'd be all over that.

Progress are Konis that are re-valved.

When i have more money i will most likely switch to progress or tein. For now i will run the ksports, i only paid 500 for them anyway.

when someone can show me track times with before and after, then we'll talk. suspension don't matter if you can't drive in the first place

for who over that has k-sports and want to upgrade. I will have a solution for you, I'm trying to get my hands on some Bilstien shock inserts that should fit into the Ksports housing no problem. also, should be under $450. I don't think the spring rate are that bad on the k-sports, so theres no need to change them.

that might be a great idea. If you can get proper valving and minimal work. You could have a good setup between 800-1000. its merely speculation.

Ive personally dealt with the Megans/Ksports on soo many cars while working at a performance shop that it makes my head hurt. Everything from S chassis to honda's, even sentra's and NX's

Ive seen them leak, seize, break, snap.. Experienced how they ride compared to other suspensions and in my opinion they are bottom barrel, entry level coilovers. I would never rock them unless they were the only option available.

How much R&D do you think they actually do?

I am just curious Hog, What vehicles have you seen the MR coilovers installed on. I can't imagine shocks snapping on a Fwd unless I am kicking the my car sideways.
