Lifting wheel with no sag.
So this past week I installed Agx/GC combo with ES poly sway bar end link bushings. I am very satisfied with this combo considering I was on H&R's with blown gr2s, no rear sway bar(it has been in the trunk since I got the car and my front end link bushings were completely gone. Coming this week; ES sway bar mounts, installing full prothane motor mount kit and ES shifter bushings. Oh yeah it feels like a Se-r now with that rear sway bar haha.

Thanks Greg V for the super hook up and all this stuff!!

What is spring rate of GC?

When you push down on the body the only flex is in the tire. After the rest of my parts are on this week I am taking it to a local shop to have it corner balanced and aligned.

I am really not sure what the spring rates are. Now that I think of it they have to be over 500 pound rates.

I sure didnt. I need to start taking pics of all the progress I have into this car. Although I do have lots of before and after pics.

And yeah man I cant wait to do new sway bars and a cage.

Tires not touching the ground = less grip. Good suspensions are suppose to follow the contour of the road....not leave the surface. Just an FYI...

It was just a pic to show how stiff my rear suspension got by installing my coilovers and sway bar with endlinks and Energy Bushings. It is on the full stiff setting and I am going to dail it all in and corner balance the car after the rest of the parts are installed. And I will have to disagree with the statement about good suspension not wheel lifting. I have been to quite a few road course, drift and auto x events and have seen turner motorsport's m3s and realtime Rsx's lift wheels in turns on more than one occasion. Do they have bad suspension?

In theory it would be best if the tires never lifted.
In practice suspensions are not perfect and anti-sway bars are used to effectively raise the suspension spring rate in a turn only (to prevent sway but allow a softer main spring) at the expense of lifting the inside tire(s) off the ground in certain situations. Also suspensions have a physical droop limit.

It's a trade-off. That's really all there is to it.
