Racing Beat swaybar endlinks
The stock front swaybar endlinks on my SE-R were shot after 190k miles of hard use. In fact, the whole front end of the car would chatter in hard, steady-state cornering when autocrossed. Toast.

So I eyeballed the front Racing Beat endlinks on my Miata, and surprise!

With a little reconfiguring, it drops right into the stock location on a B13 with the stock front bar. All the lengths are the same, and the thread pitch is even the same, so you can reuse the stock nuts if you want. Uncanny.

I don't know if replacing the OEM ball-joint design with urethane is so good for harshness and binding, but we'll see. I upgraded the Miata to some 949Racing links (they don't fit a Sentra), so the price was right, and it drove fine on the street. I'll see how it works at an autocross on Sunday.

wtf, that is awesome. Miata's are awesome AutoX cars too.

The stock rear endlinks are a bit longer on a B13. Plus, the popular Progress rear bar has different mounting points.

With some homework, you could replace the rear links with some threaded rod, a heim joint, and necessary washers/spacers/etc. Might be an expensive experiment.

OEM Nissan replacements aren't any more expensive than if you bought and built new performance stuff. Stock replacement is probably going to offer the smoothest ride, too.

The stock ball-joint style has more articulation than a single-axis sleeve surrounded by urethane. The clicking and clanking over bumps with the Racing Beats got a little old in the Miata. Ideally, I'd want something like these for a street car:

Mazda Performance Parts: PowerGrid Miata Endlinks.

Not cheap, though!

quick question, i thought the b13 & b14 fronts were interchangeable? so wouldn't these work for a b14 as well?
i was planning on changing mine out today w/ moog brand, but these look hella sturdy.
Good job on the find!

The MOOG part number for front endlinks is the same for B13 and B14. It's probably a safe bet other brands interchange.

MOOG parts are quality and have Zerx fittings, though. If you already have them, might as well use them.

No more chatter in stead-state cornering or weird stuff. I'll call it a success for my purposes.

The car has Progress coil-overs, so it rides like a seasick cruise, anyway. I couldn't tell a difference in comfort.
